This varies greatly but shipping is usually complete within 10 days business day.
Most parts are shipped UPS Ground. Shipping is flat rate. $10 for orders under $100, free for orders over $100. In store pickup is available for free or we can deliver (within a 30 mile radius) for $10.

Unfortunately, some people like to try to send us their broken parts as returns.
Returns, pending verification, will be accepted within 14 days of scheduled delivery for defective parts.
We will do our best to work with you on returns, but we may require some additional steps to verify the part is the one we sent. We are not responsible for incorrect part orders, please ensure the item you order is the correct part.
